Burning Instructions
TRIM YOUR WICK! Always trim your wood wick to 1/8 to 3/16 inch prior to each use. Trimming the wick will allow the candle to have a longer burn time.
Rule of Thumb: Burn one hour for every inch of your candle’s diameter before extinguishing candle. (ex: 3 inch opening = 3 hours burn time).
Allow the candle to cool 4-5 hours before re-lighting the candle.
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
When burning metal / travel tins, place these on a candle dish or heat safe surface.
Never burn a candle near anything flammable.
Keep burning candle out of the reach of children and pets.

We also want you to shop in confidence knowing your product is uniquely handcrafted and has never been used or handled by another customer. To that end, due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. We do offer refunds if your product arrives damaged or it is the incorrect item.
Buyer is responsible for any and all return shipping fees and the item must be returned before a refund is processed.
Damaged Items:
If your product arrives damaged or is the incorrect item, please notify us by email at: bellasessence@yahoo.com within 24 hours (1 day) of receipt of the damaged/incorrect item.
Once notified, we will either replace the damaged product or refund the amount of the purchase. Such refund will be provided as a credit to the Credit Card or Paypal account used at the time of purchase.
Shipping
